Job Summary

Job Description:

• Ensure the writing aligns with industry standards and company goals.
• Gather technical information by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams.
• Organize information logically for easy understanding.
• Create outlines, templates, and structures to streamline content delivery.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders.
• Revise documentation regularly to reflect product updates, new features, or changes in technology.
• Ensure all outdated content is updated or retired as needed.
• Create diagrams, screenshots, flowcharts, and other visuals to support written content.
• Test written instructions to confirm clarity and ease of use.
• Review for grammar, technical accuracy, and usability.
• Use tools like Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, GitHub, or DITA-based CMS to manage and store documentation.
• Organize document libraries for easy access and retrieval.
