Technical Leads for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design, and implement technical documentation, solution diagrams, APIs, features, data pipelines for marketing automation processes. Participate in architectural discussions, retrieve subscriber and mailing data, architect cloud across platforms and integrate with landing and cloud pages. Create custom reports, leverage predictive analytics and behavior tracking, implement form handles, configure user properties, employ scripts, and analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign attribution. Identity problems, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Use Marketo, CI/CD, AWS, Lambda, S3, Salesforce, WordPress, Einstein, Pardot, MC Connect, Universal Analytics, GA4, AMPScript, MarTech, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Kaltura, On24, Proofpoint, Knak, Everest. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. Must have at least one (1) year of experience developing APIs, pipelines for marketing automation, cloud to integrate with landing and cloud pages, reports, scripts; working with predictive analytics and behavior tracking; analyzing user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign attribution; using Marketo, CI/CD, AWS, Lambda, S3, Salesforce, WordPress, Einstein, Pardot, MC Connect, Universal Analytics, GA4, AMPScript, MarTech, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Kaltura, On24, Proofpoint, Knak, Everest. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
