Description:

• Same as Business/System Analyst 1 plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing.
• Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.

responsibilities:

• Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products.
• Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
• Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing.
• Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.

qualifications:

Required Skill set:

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience.
• Proficiency in M365. Preparing meeting materials, Strong communication The contractor I am looking for doesn't have to fill all of the roles of Product Owner.

skills:

• IRA boards / stories, building decks and other materials for leadership, writing some requirements, among other things.
• Developing written requirement for applications
