- Detail Oriented, Clear Communicator Investment Management/Finance Experience Understanding of Software Development Process and Technologies Technical Document Writing Will need to be able to meet with business partners and product owners and distill requirements so that development team can pick up that work and begin to implement. Critical Thinking is a must and ability to think outside the box for unexpected scenarios.
