Business Process Architect

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Architect to analyze, design, and implement business processes for retail master data solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both business and technical teams to define and deliver solutions that improve process efficiency and data management. This role requires expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG-RFM), RMP solution extensions (Utopia add-on), and IS-Retail Master Data Configuration.

responsibilities:

• Analyze and design business processes to support technology implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases.
• Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs.
• Work with technical teams to define and present solutions within an agile framework.
• Develop and maintain backlogs for product features and enhancements.
• Manage master data consolidation, replication, and quality for retail data objects.

qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

1. Experience in MDG-RFM and RMP solution extensions for Retail (Utopia add-on).
2. Proficiency in data modeling, process modeling, master data quality management, BRF , Floor Plan Manager (FPM), and workflows.
3. Experience with data replication frameworks for standard and custom retail master data objects.
4. Strong knowledge of IS-Retail Master Data Configuration.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of business process architecture and integration experience, with a focus on retail industry solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
