responsibilities:

• Strategic Impact: Participate in the evaluation of processes, projects, and initiatives that directly support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Application Excellence: Provide crucial support, enhancement, and maintenance for a suite of finance, IT, and operational applications, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Process Optimization: Proactively monitor, analyze, and improve existing processes and procedures through technology, automation, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams across finance, operations, and IT, as well as external partners (e.g., auditors, vendors), to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Solution Design: Contribute to the design and consultation of current and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize strong data analytics and conceptual skills to support key initiatives and projects for various stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop into a go-to resource for in-depth knowledge of the supported business applications.
• Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with and train internal customers and team members on the effective utilization of new procedures and tools.
• Documentation Excellence: Develop comprehensive documentation to support business systems and applications.

qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years, 7 preferred) as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of core business applications and their interdependencies (e.g., Financials, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory, Integration Logic).
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or financial applications is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (experience with Power BI or similar platforms is a plus).
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational, time management, multitasking, and project management abilities.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and active listening skills.
