Consulting Engineer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

job summary:

We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Senior Technical Consulting Engineer. This role is fully remote.

Job Description:

Work on complex and in-depth problems requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, engineering, and communication skills.

Drive successful resolution of technical issues reported by customers and think of innovative ways to prevent future issues.

Act as a trusted advisor for our customers.

Conduct in-depth research on technical topics, reproduce customer's environments and issues using TAC lab equipment, and engage in technical discussions with product development and engineering teams.

Detect potential design issues in customer networks to provide best practices and suggestions for efficient solutions.

-English and Spanish Proficiency levels

-10 years of professional experience in any of the following areas:

-Layer 1-3 protocols ( IPv4, IPv6, MUlticast, BGP , OSPF, MPLS, MPLS TE, L2VPN, L3VPN, VRRP, BVI, )

-Platform IOS-XR, NCS5500, ASR9K, CRS ( can be a training option ) , White Box ( Also a training option ).

-Service Provider type routing protocols , Service Provider level of triage , IOS-XE based platfoms.

-Experience in a customer support/service role resolving complex technical problems.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills dedicated to customer success

-Holds a CCNP or CCIE SP or Enterprise.

-Additional role, initiative and group information:
