Data Analyst - Junior

job summary:

Randstad Digital is partnering with a leading retailer to find a junior data analyst to support store analytics. We're looking for someone with experience in Excel, as well as customer-facing support.

This is a fully remote role, however candidates will need to sit within 1.5 hours of the Marlborough, MA office. In office-presence will only be required in the event of system and/or equipment issues.

responsibilities:

- Perform complex and routine adhoc analysis in Excel

- Provide support for business and IT end users

- Provide support for customers via telephone operator

- Perform data entry tasks

- Strong understanding of Microsoft office skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong communication skills

- Team oriented and willing to work well with all levels in the organization

- Perform detailed tasks and document thoroughly

qualifications:

2-5 years' experience in admin work, data entry, or junior-level analytics

Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent preferred, but not required

skills: 1.Expert Excel skills

2.Expert skills in analysis of large data sets and application to deployment scheduling

3.Very strong understanding of issue and risk management, especially including clear communication of issues and status

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills
