The Data Migration Project Manager will be brought on to lead and manage IT projects related to procurement, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes. A large part of this role will center around developing schedules, timelines, and financials(budget), while also managing meetings, sending minutes, tracking progress, and managing risk. • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to procurement, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Procurement Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of procurement processes to guide project decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely financial reporting.

• Change Management: Drive adoption of new procurement systems and processes across the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
