Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Data Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Greensboro, NC. A Dynamics 365 data analyst is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data within the Dynamics 365 platform, using this information to generate actionable insights and reports that inform business decisions, often focusing on areas like sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness, while utilizing tools like Power BI and SQL to manipulate and visualize the data effectively; key duties include data collection, data cleaning, statistical analysis, report creation, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify key metrics to track.

responsibilities:
- Data Extraction and Cleaning:
- Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies
- Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis
Technical Requirements:
- 5 years of Dynamics 365 Platform experience - Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI - Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI
- SQL Querying Skills - Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365
- Data Analysis Tools - Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python
