Global Procurement IT Director

We are looking for an experienced Global Procurement IT Director to oversee our IT purchasing and negotiate with important vendors who are also our customers. This person should be a strategic thinker who can influence top executives. The ideal candidate will have a good background in IT buying, ?excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to make positive changes in the organization.

responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree or procurement certification being advantageous. They should have 10-15 years of experience in IT software category management, strong expertise in strategic sourcing, and a deep understanding of IT software and sourcing options. Proven skills in negotiating complex agreements, along with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities are essential. The candidate must be adept at navigating complexities, collaborating across organizations, and be self-directed and motivated to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
