We are seeking a highly skilled Graphical Interface Systems Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative graphical and control systems. This role involves creating interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our control systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data visualization and monitoring. As a key player in our team, you will also support research and development efforts, conduct tests and pilot runs for new products, and evaluate system performance to drive continuous improvements.

responsibilities:
- Graphical Systems Development: Design and develop dynamic graphical interfaces and screens for control systems in accordance with company standards. Implement new features and improve existing ones to enhance user experience.
- Programming and System Integration: Perform the necessary coding and programming to connect graphical interfaces to underlying control systems. Ensure the integration runs smoothly and efficiently.
- PLC Programming: Assist in PLC programming as required, contributing to the optimization of industrial processes.
- Mobile and Application Support: Support the creation and development of mobile applications that facilitate plant operations and enhance operational monitoring.
- Control Databases Management: Maintain control-related databases, generating and analyzing reports that provide insights into plant operations, troubleshooting, and system performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor critical areas such as motor systems, drives, utilities, and process fluids. Collect, analyze, and report raw data, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Backup and Recovery Management: Oversee the maintenance of backup systems, including historical servers storing control system data, and assist with recovery procedures when required.
- Security and Access Control: Manage and safeguard security protocols, ensuring only authorized personnel access control systems through effective password management.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with management and engineering teams to assist in the design and testing of new mechanical and electronic systems. Support the creation of testing environments and research initiatives.
- Operations Support: Operate and monitor industrial equipment from the Operations Center, ensuring that production runs smoothly. Maintain communication with plant staff regarding system performance, downtime, and operational parameters.
- Backup Role: Serve as a backup to support different areas of the control department as needed to ensure continuous plant operations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, ensuring the effective performance of control and systems functions.

qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience with plant control systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
- Education: A technical degree (1-2 years) in a related field such as SCADA, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Systems is preferred.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of database design and debugging techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, PLC, and HMI.
- Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve complex system issues, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
