Our client is looking for Hardware Infrastructure Support Engineers to join the production support team.

location: Aurora, Colorado

job type: Contract

salary: $30 - 32 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: No Degree Required



responsibilities:

Be part of the production support team managing hardware break-fix support of all the Distributed Servers, Network and Storage devices across the firm.

- Be responsible to ensure maintenance work is completed within the given timeframe and with the right quality.

qualifications:

Job Requirements -

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Has experience in working in a technology hardware break/fix environment.

- Good communication skills (oral and written)

- Good technical knowledge & understanding of physical IT infrastructure (Servers, Network and Storage devices).

- Relevant experience and technical knowledge of VMware (ESX), RedHat (Linux) & Microsoft (Windows) operating systems with the ability to carry out root cause analysis hardware failure issues.

- Knowledge of Python, Ansible or similar scripting languages.

- General knowledge/experience in Server and Storage hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM and NetApp, Cohesity & DellEMC Storages etc).

- Hardware knowledge on Cisco Routers and Switches with basic troubleshooting knowledge at the hardware level.

- Ability to work under pressure and develop strong client & vendor relationships.
