Job Overview: Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA/Testing Lead Engineer to advance the quality assurance efforts for our technology solutions. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing QA processes, overseeing end-to-end testing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor existing QA/Testing staff, and act as a key advocate for quality and testing within the TFO organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, approaches, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as an advocate for quality, ensuring adherence to software development and delivery standards across all projects.
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Create and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency in testing efforts.
- Drive automation initiatives, ensuring adoption across projects to maximize maintainability and execution speed.
- Partner with product managers, developers, business leads, and operations teams to define requirements, identify potential issues, and deliver high-quality products.
- Perform risk-based analysis to prioritize testing efforts, ensuring critical functionality is thoroughly tested.
- Track, manage, and report defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution, and retesting.
- Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to assess system reliability and scalability under varying conditions.
- Ensure software complies with industry standards, including performing security testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Research, recommend, and implement modern tools and technologies to enhance QA/testing processes.
- Seamlessly integrate testing processes into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Design and implement supporting processes and tools (e.g., source code management, code review) for effective test automation delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA/testing processes, test results, and defect trends.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and project status reports, including test coverage and risk analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA/testing engineers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- Drive delivery of test strategies, plans, and execution while meeting project deadlines.
- Successfully manage multiple project and non-project assignments, prioritizing work with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with peers, IT leaders, and business leaders through confident and tactful oral and written communication.
- Ensure test plans and results are clearly communicated to stakeholders to maintain alignment on quality targets.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., JIRA).
Extensive experience in .NET, C#, , Blazor, and .NET Core,
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
Proven experience with automation testing frameworks and tools, including scripting.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
skills: Preferred:
Certifications in QA or testing.
Experience in testing cloud-based applications and environments.
