Position: Mid-Level Project Portfolio Manager
Duration: 12-month contract (potential to extend to 18 months or convert to full-time)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and personable Mid-Level Project Portfolio Manager to join an established, fast-paced team. This role involves managing 7-13 projects simultaneously, focusing on IT asset deployment, infrastructure, networks, and business outcomes in real estate footprints for acquired companies or newly planned offices. The candidate will also oversee the drawdown of divested company portfolios. A Junior PMO Delivery Analyst will support this role by handling day-to-day management, coordination, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver multiple projects, including success criteria, timelines, and vendor management.
- Plan, drive, and track project outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholders across various time zones.
- Utilize JIRA, Power BI, and Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
- Draft comprehensive project plans, define objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to foster growth and success.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JIRA, Agile methodology, and Power BI.
- Experience managing complex portfolios with 7-13 projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up to 30 stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, networks, and IT asset deployment projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within an established team.
