responsibilities:

As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst, you'll spend your days analyzing financial workflows, configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion ERP systems, collaborating with finance and IT teams, providing training for end-users, and leveraging data insights to enhance reporting, compliance, and forecasting. You'll work in a structured environment focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.

qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials
• Strong understanding of financial business processes (accounting, reporting, compliance)
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and ERP automation
• Proven ability to train and support finance teams
• Background in financial system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Oracle certifications (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
