Join our team as a Systems Administrator, where you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining critical business applications for financial, payroll, HR, supply chain, and more. You'll provide technical expertise, support, and ensure systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Manage software installations, updates, patches, and security.
- Database Support: Backup and database admin, ensuring compliance with data security standards.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing user support.
- Configuration & Development: Configure applications, develop new features, and manage system updates.
- System Analysis: Conduct testing, analysis, and post-implementation reviews.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for production systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create reports and maintain system documentation.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 6 years in programming, system analysis, and software management.
- Skills: ERP systems (PeopleSoft, UKG), database management (SQL, Oracle), web development (ASP, SQL), and networking protocols (TCP/IP, FTP/SFTP).

- System Analysis & Development: Conducts system analysis, testing, and post-implementation reviews. Configures applications, writes reports, and performs problem-solving tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Addresses security vulnerabilities and ensures systems adhere to data security standards.
- On-Call & Change Control: Provides on-call support and follows change control processes for consistent production environments.
- Customer Service: Supports customer needs, adapting to unique requirements, and delivers excellent service in line with company values.
