responsibilities:

Team Leadership

1. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, encouraging their professional development and growth.
2. Provide direction, set clear priorities, and ensure accountability across the team.

Product Strategy & Execution

1. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to development, launch, and market adoption.
2. Craft and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's goals and vision.
3. Stay informed about customer needs, market shifts, and industry trends to guide product development.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

1. Work alongside technology leaders to ensure product development is in sync with technical capabilities and constraints.
2. Collaborate with bank and credit union clients to gather insights and refine product solutions.
3. Present product strategies, progress, and insights to executives and key stakeholders.

Performance Tracking

1. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of products and drive informed decisions.
2. Utilize data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve overall performance.

Cross-Functional Impact

1. Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and continued success post-launch.
2. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, offering expertise on product capabilities and strategies.

Leadership

1. Experience in managing and mentoring teams of Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
2. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams.

qualifications:

1. 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
2. Strong background in banking technology, specifically with online banking and core system integrations.
3. Proven success in bringing products from concept through to full market launch.
4. Experience working with community banks and credit unions is a strong plus.

1. Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and the challenges they present.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
3. Experience in establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure product success and drive continuous improvement.
