About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 3-year contact center technology transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing modern contact center solutions, particularly transitioning from legacy systems to advanced omnichannel platforms.

Current Environment:

• Existing Avaya phone system
• Team of 5 supervisors managing provider calls
• Transitioning to Genesys platform
• Looking to enhance customer service capabilities

responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new contact center technology solutions
• Transform current voice-only system to include additional channels (chat, self-service options)
• Develop and implement IVR and first-line defense solutions
• Manage project timeline, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Lead change management initiatives
• Ensure successful user adoption and training

qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing contact center or call center technology solutions
• Track record of successful large-scale technology transformation projects
• Experience with IVR system implementation and optimization
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Avaya, Genesys, or similar contact center platforms
• Excellent project management and communication skills
