Randstad Digital has a direct hire, permanent job opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a client in the greater Baltimore, MD area. The expectation would be to work onsite 3 days/week.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects and enhancements.
• Develop user stories and process flows to support the development of Salesforce solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfil user stories.
• Perform Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
• Accountable for reviewing and finalizing extensive functional and technical documentation.
• Create project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation.
• Provide Salesforce demonstrations for partners.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

• Salesforce (2 years of experience is preferred)
