responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for Salesforce configurations and SaaS solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy changes using Salesforce's Copado DevOps platform.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and resolve technical challenges.

qualifications:

• 5 years of technical support experience in Salesforce and SaaS architecture, ideally in biotech/pharma/CRO industries.
• Expertise in SQL, data integration, and business workflow configurations.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
