job summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Developer to take on a leadership role as an Architecture Assessment Lead. This is an on-site position located in Lisle, IL. As a key part of our team, you will guide architecture assessments and performance engineering initiatives to ensure system optimization and scalability.

responsibilities:

• Lead architecture assessments, including infrastructure, platform, application, and data evaluations.
• Define assessment scope, lead discovery efforts, and provide strategic system recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex system challenges.
• Focus on SAP system performance engineering, especially for automotive applications (preferred).
• Mentor and guide team members in architecture and performance best practices.

qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration
• Bachelor's degree required
• On-site role only (no remote work)
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
• No vaccination or travel expense requirements
