responsibilities:

Your day includes managing incoming orders from medical facilities through multiple channels:

• Process customer orders in SAP while maintaining meticulous data accuracy
• Verify product availability, pricing, and shipping details
• Document all customer interactions in Salesforce
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office applications
• Handle returns and replacement requests
• Update inventory information and track shipments
• Participate in team meetings to stay current on processes

You'll work in a structured environment with comprehensive training, developing expertise in medical device ordering while building relationships with healthcare purchasers.

qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order processing roles
• Demonstrated experience with SAP order entry functionality
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for customer documentation and management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work history showing commitment and reliability
• Ability to work onsite in Deer Park, IL location 5 days per week
• Availability for consistent 8-hour daily schedule

Preferred:

• Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
• Background with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) order processing
• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) systems
• Previous experience supporting B2B customers
• Understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination
