This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic Program Management Office supporting the NPOP Program. responsibilities:

A typical day in this role involves leading Agile coaching sessions and facilitating meetings to ensure smooth team coordination across the program. You'll create and analyze reports using Power BI and Azure DevOps to track progress, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement. You will support PI readiness, guide teams in process improvements, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders. Managing data, identifying program challenges, and driving Agile best practices will also be a core part of your daily tasks.

qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or RTE, with expertise in Agile methodologies and enterprise-level Agile implementation.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are preferred.
• Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating meetings and coordinating teams.
• Experience in process improvement and PI readiness activities.

A background in program management or Agile coaching is essential.
