Solution Architect

job summary:

The Solutions Architect will play a key role in analyzing and enhancing the organization's existing IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative technical solutions to streamline workflows. This position will actively engage with stakeholders, providing updates on development processes, project costs, and progress toward business objectives. The Solutions Architect will drive organization-wide process optimization, ensuring that IT initiatives align with both short- and long-term business goals. Additionally, they will regularly evaluate existing systems and emerging technologies to maintain a forward-thinking, efficient technology environment.

• Develop an understanding of our existing IT infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas
• Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions
• Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs
• Drive organization-wide process optimization
• Meet short- and long-term business goals Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis

qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, or similar role
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems design, and architecture best practices
• Ability to identify areas for technical improvement and drive innovative solutions
• Experience streamlining workflows through automation or system optimization
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and update stakeholders on technical processes and costs
• Ability to align IT solutions with organizational short- and long-term business goals
• Experience leading organization-wide process optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with evaluating, selecting, and implementing emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Project management experience or the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry best practices for security, scalability, and system performance
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across technical and business teams
