Our client in the San Antonio area is looking for a highly skilled Sr Director, Payroll Services & Delivery to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Must have 5 years experience experience with HR Systems and customer service
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Director level
• Must have experience using Workday
• Must be organized and an excellent communicator

responsibilities:

• Provides strategic direction to the Payroll Department
• Ensures the accuracy of employee data
• Collaborates with Human Resources, Finance and other relevant departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders.
• Ensures data integrity and security within HR systems
