responsibilities:


  • Be the strategic partner to our Cyber and Platform Engineering Project Manager, ensuring seamless staffing operations.
  • Collaborate closely with CAP leadership, including Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and CAMs, to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
  • Manage staffing requisitions using the RCB tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze staffing demands and review candidate submissions, playing a key role in candidate selection.
  • Conduct interviews in collaboration with product teams, identifying top-tier talent.
  • Partner with LM Recruiters and LM L-code personnel to source and submit qualified candidates.
  • Act as a liaison with C2BMC partners and sub-contract managers, providing regular updates on requisitions and candidate status.
  • Represent CAP at the Resource Control Board and compile essential staffing metrics for weekly meetings with the Senior Resource Manager.
  • Support software development metric collection and reporting, contributing to the overall success of our product teams.


qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in collecting and compiling metrics from various sources.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in staffing or a related field.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify tasks, follow up, and ensure completion.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Experience interacting with senior-level clients and personnel across different companies.
  • Familiarity with resource control board (RCB) tools.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles.
  • Active US Security Clearance is required.
