Workday Time Tracking Consultant

job summary:

We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking Consultant (CL8) with deep expertise in full lifecycle Workday Time Tracking implementations. This role is ideal for someone certified in Workday Time Tracking with experience in leading Phase 1 implementations, cross-functional collaboration, and complex stakeholder management. Payroll certification is a plus. Travel expenses are covered when on-site in Harrisburg, PA.

responsibilities:

• - Experience working on phase 1 implementation, not production support - Experience leading design sessions, driving client through testing & deployment planning exercises - Strong collaboration cross functionally within WD module - Ability to manage multiple/complex stakeholder organization - Industry experience needed: Ideally, yes, but strong experience leading TT is most important

qualifications:

• 5 years of experience leading Time Tracking projects
• 3 full Workday Time Tracking implementations (Phase 1, not just support)
• Strong experience leading design sessions, client testing, and deployment planning
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Workday modules
• Experience managing complex stakeholder organizations
• Bachelor's degree
