Job Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a World Class Safety program and achieving plant and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate people.
About the Job:
- Maintain a World Class Safety program and improve safety performance.
- Set goals, develop and implement programs to achieve plant and business objectives.
- Increase on-stream time and reduce costs through improved equipment reliability.
- Track and trend reliability metrics, including TBC and costs.
- Apply preventive, predictive, and proactive tools and programs effectively.
- Take an active role in maintenance activities, including planning, conducting, analyzing, and summarizing plant performance improvement trials.
- Coordinate with engineers, maintenance, and operators to implement new process operating conditions and procedures.
- Respond to specific equipment and performance problems as required.
- Maintain the integrity of all drawings, specifications, programs, compliance/inspection records, and other documentation.
- Adhere to all ISO system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- BS or MS in mechanical engineering with experience in highly technical operations/facility management.
- Product/process development experience.
- 5-7 years' experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma skills a plus.
- Mechanical maintenance experience required.
