Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Lead to join our team at Randstad Engineering US.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with experience working on engineering, procurement, construction, management, and validation EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry.
- Lead discussions on schedule variances and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate project issues and conflicts that impact the schedule.
- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, recommending work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling on EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry.
- Proven ability to lead conversations with clients, PMs, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse.
- BIM 4D knowledge preferred.
- Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.
