responsibilities:

• Lead capital expansion, maintenance, and reliability projects across terminal locations
• Supervise project and maintenance teams, ensuring high productivity and safety standards
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and technical compliance
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on all engineering matters
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance safety, technology, and cost-efficiency
• Oversee audits and ensure full regulatory and internal compliance

Skills Needed:

• Solid leadership and cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication with ability to simplify complex technical issues
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and computer-based design tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10-15 years of project management experience in terminals, refineries, or petrochemical plants
• 5 years of terminal operations experience preferred
• Solid background with industry codes (API, NFPA, ANSI, ISGOTT, etc.)
• Familiarity with SHE methodologies (QRA, EIA, HazOps)
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex budgets
