Finishing metallurgist needed for a state-of-the-art aluminum mill. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled process engineer with a strong background in continuous annealing, solution heat treat, surface treatment, coatings, slitting. Metals experience is a must. We offer full relocation, lucrative compensation, profit sharing, and excellent benefits. Must not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future.

responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving product finishing capabilities associated with all finishing lines
- Continuous annealing, solution heat treat, surface treatment, coatings, slitting
- Work closely with Process Metallurgists to set finishing line parameters
- Technical leadership for coil-to-coil finishing of products
- Develop best finishing practices to improve production and productivity·
- Take lead role as subject matter expert responsible for finishing metallurgy
