This role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support construction projects while maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical construction, commissioning, and building systems. Strong knowledge of safety practices (e.g., Lock-Out/Tag-Out, OSHA regulations), industry codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE), and construction coordination is required. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
