Division of Fortune 100 Company seeks to hire an QC Lead for their operation near Allentown, PA. Working knowledge of NDT methods and AWS certification are a requirement. Salary listed does not include bonuses and profit share. Relocation package available for qualified candidates!

responsibilities:

• Leading and fostering a culture of quality at their operating location.
• Lead day-to-day AWS, MP, UT, VT efforts
• Building, coaching and mentoring the quality team
• Tracking and reporting on quality performance, back charges, re-work, etc for all departments.
• Customer interaction, audits and field issue resolution
• 5 years of direct experience in a Quality Management role for an AISC or ISO certified fabrication shop
