A Subcontract Administrator is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering. Remote work (EST/CST timezones preferred). The Subcontract Administrator manages procurement activities by sourcing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts to ensure compliance with project and company requirements while maintaining supplier relationships and contract documentation.

responsibilities:
- Administers standard subcontracts to ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
- Requires subcontract administration experience with increasing proficiency.
- Identifies and evaluates qualified subcontractors based on past performance.
- Prepares and verifies Request for Proposal (RFP) packages.
- Reviews subcontractor proposals and negotiates terms and conditions.
- Drafts and issues subcontract agreements and amendments.
- Maintains tracking records and prepares reports for management.
- Updates subcontractor records, including payments and closeouts.
- Acts as the point of contact between subcontractors and procurement teams.
- Supports other procurement-related activities as needed.
- Reports to higher-level Subcontract Administrators or Procurement Manager.

Education and Experience:
