Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with the business and the ability to explain their findings to non-finance groups.
- Develop and manage financial models to inform business decisions.
- Provide financial planning and analysis support in the areas of month-end close, monthly estimate, P&L analysis, reporting, annual budget & long-range strategy development, and other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and mitigation plans.
- Support the annual budget & long-range planning process, providing analytical support & deep dives as needed.
- Provide support and direction on the purchasing process, working closely with the lead purchasers to ensure compliance.
- Support Product Development in the tracking and reporting of NPL product claims spend vs budget & estimate.
- Provide support in all aspects relating to the financial planning and reporting for the Global & NA Region, including New Product Launch ROI, Mix of Business reporting, Gross Margin expansion & ad hoc reporting and modeling.
