SUMMARY
Manage and oversee creative development and timelines for all Online Programs inclusive of brand.com and 3PP platforms.
Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all digital project milestones through final delivery inclusive of all production milestones and communication. Manager will also manage photoshoots and post-production deliverables.
This role is temporary starting ASAP lasting until mid-April.
ROLE
The ideal candidate will be well versed in managing projects for an in-house creative team with strong knowledge of marketing and creative processes related to creative development for digital platforms, inclusive but not limited to FIGMA brand asset development, product design, and managing third party platforms and other key online initiatives.
The Manager of Creative Operations Online maintains and manages our creative department’s marketing projects, by directing and coordinating the day-to-day creative department efforts on assigned projects. In this role, the Manager of Global Online Creative Operations ensures that the department provides:
•Sound and responsible project management and planning
•Manage scope, timelines and budgets of assigned projects
•Manage internal and external communication
•Support in execution of work in all assigned areas
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a solution-oriented key contact and the escalation point between cross functional teams and the 2D Online Creative Team.
- Proactively filter through requests and navigate competing priorities with adaptability- skillfully pivoting to accommodate shifting priorities as needed.
- Identify roadblocks and obstacles and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve.
- Setup roadmap and milestones for onboarding, design phases, and distribution for each project
- Schedule, manage and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals.
- Drive utilization of Wrike as central project management tool for the brand
- Fluent in Excel and other digital tools. Must also have proficiency with digital products, Figma, and digital whiteboarding tools.
- Inform on emerging platforms, trends, and industry related technologies to support content creation and production
70%: Responsible for managing all digital (brand.com, 3PP), Social, and CRM requests and projects
- Intake Wrike requests and briefs, work closely with creative leads to align on asks and timing
- Own creative and online project related calls and meetings
- Support creative team by managing communication with regions and marketing leads on follow up questions and feedback
- Build out timeline and assign tasks via Wrike
- Send out daily ‘hot sheets’ with priorities and key dates and milestones
- Partner closely with NPL/HTSM creative operations team members to ensure creative assets will be available for site, CRM and social assignments.
- Manage timing and expectations for all projects - proactively following up with regions, creative team, and cross-functional team members to ensure we are meeting established milestones and flagging any potential risks.

25%: PHOTOGRAPHY
- Manage production of photography assets to support 5-8 programs each fiscal year.
- Liaise with China, APAC, NOAM, Global Marketing teams to ensure regular, clear and effective communication of Creative milestones, deliverables, tasks and priorities. Escalate issues and conflicts to Creative Director and Creative Ops Senior Manager as necessary.
- Track submission and approval of photo brief, procure product for photography, coordinate timeline and deliverables through post-production, approval of retouching, delivery of final assets, and release of crops/grids to regions.
5%: Attend weekly 360 Marketing Status meetings, 3PP Online marketing, CRM and Social meetings to provide status of current projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BFA required in related field
- Interest in and aptitude for producing creative marketing solutions
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a producer or 360 campaign project management in a creative agency, in-house or production environment (consumer marketing environment).
- Experience working with teams to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets
- Experience in integrated marketing preferred
- Well versed in managing and shipping digital campaigns across digital platforms
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proven project management ability
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Knowledge of project management software including Wrike, MS Project, JIRA, Asana is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various levels.
- Have a track record of working with creative teams, understanding how to escalate creative feedback to facilitate projects. Possesses a keen eye for detail and is someone who can promote work efficiency
