Local real estate company is seeking a fund accountant to work with their real estate portfolio. After training, talent will be able to work 2 days from home. Having expereince in the real estate industry is a must and CPA is a bonus. Previous public accounting experience is desirable. Heavy experience with Excel is required. This is a direct hire role with benefits.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Cash management, tracking, and forecasting
- Set up new vendors and collect 1099s
- Process AP invoices
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Prepare and present financial reports of investment performance of multi family assets.
- Assist year-end audit process in collaboration with auditors and the administrator
- Knowledgeable of GAAP
- Communicate with third party providers for fund admin needs.
- CPA License a Plus
- Experience with a public accounting firm a Plus
