Job Overview
">The Randstad Global Capability Center is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CMMs, developing and writing software programs to automate CMMs, and maintaining accurate records of programs, processes, and results.
">Key Accountabilities
">- Programming and setting up CMMs to ensure accurate and efficient inspection of manufactured components
- Developing and writing software programs to automate CMMs for quality control purposes
- Maintaining accurate records of programs, processes, and results
- Testing and debugging CMM programs to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards
- Measuring, recording, and reporting on quality characteristics of manufactured components
Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- 5 years of experience as a Quality Technician
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer and math skills
- Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AS 9100 standards
- Experience with PPAP, control plans, and PFMEA preferred
Working Conditions
">This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to machinery and equipment. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
