Locum Hospitalist Opportunity in Eastern Utah
About the Assignment
This locum assignment is based in eastern Utah, near the Colorado State Line.
Medical Specialties Considered
We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Hospitalist to fill this position. Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physicians will also be considered.
Work Schedule
The successful candidate can expect to work 7 days on, followed by 7 days off. The daily routine involves rounding and admissions during the day, with evening call responsibilities.
Patient Load
You can expect to see between 10-14 patients per day at this location.
Procedures Required
- Vent management
- Standard ICU patient care
- Intubations
- Pulmonary procedures
Demographic Profile of Patients
The normal demographic profile of patients includes no head or complex trauma cases.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this position.
Support Provided
Air travel, rental car, and hotel accommodations will be provided if needed.
