Key Skills
- Line management experience.
- Knowledge of contract and budget negotiation for various contract types such as Clinical Trial Agreements, CDA, Master Agreements, Investigator Sponsored Research Agreements, Informed Consent Forms, etc and applicable budget.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Use of Sharepoint sites.
- Nice to Have: knowledge of eTMF/Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities
- Line Manager SCBAs (Senior Associate, Clinical Contract and Budget) including hiring and onboarding and mentoring.
- Provides support of clinical study execution (focusing on study start-up).
- Oversight of the site contracts, budgeting and payment process.
- Maintain consistent inspection readiness and communication of all inquiries related to clinical contracts and budgets.
- Primary point of contact for resource and capacity management, portfolio planning and prioritization of SCBA workload, SCBA performance management including the identification, escalation and resolution of quality and delivery issues
- Provides Global Study Operations Site Management functional area expertise and actively collaborates in a dynamic cross-functional environment. This includes pricing, legal and study teams.
Must Have:
- Line management (recent 5 years)
- Contract negotiation (clinical trials, CDAs, etc.)
- Budget negotiation
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint
- Doctorate OR Master's 2 yrs experience OR Bachelor's 4 yrs experience OR Associate's 8 yrs experience OR GED/HS 10 yrs experience (in relevant discipline)
- Knowledge of eTMF
- Veeva Vault.
