Responsibilities
- Assist scientists in vendor risk assessment submission and onboarding within internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and process contract, agreement, and amendment submission requests and route contracts through internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the contract tracking system with current information, ensuring accuracy and visibility for all stakeholders.
- Input and update contract data into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support communication between internal teams to clarify contract submission form details and status updates and facilitate the smooth flow of contract processes.
- Assist in improving contracting workflows and tracking mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Familiarity with contract management software and document tracking tools.
- Relevant experience in the Life Sciences sector (e.g., biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Knowledge of contracting processes, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
