In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions to their inquiries via phone, email, and / or chat. Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and / or engage in chat conversations with customers.
- Accurately assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, information, and support.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
