What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Randstad Technologies?
responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements according to monthly close schedule.
Partner with Leadership to design and implement ASC 842-compliant lease accounting workflows, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure accurate lease data integration, classification, and reporting.
Optimize and formalize end-to-end processes for ASC 606 revenue recognition, including documentation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Prepare journal entries, GL account reconciliations, and flux analysis for month-end close (experience with accounts such as fixed assets, prepaid assets, accounts payable, accrued expenses, etc.).
Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are appropriately recorded on a monthly basis.
Prepare complex monthly balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations.
Reconcile intercompany transactions.
Analyze financial statements on a monthly basis, prepare and report variances from budget.
qualifications:
5+ years of accounting experience as a Senior Accountant required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related required; CPA preferred.
Prior experience in private equity-backed, healthcare, or multi-entity organizations is a plus.
Proficiency in Sage Intacct and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote near Scottsdale, AZ)

Salary : $89,440 - $104,000
