About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and driving results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute a territory business development plan
- Identify prospects that align with Randstad's values and goals
- Place top manufacturing talent in the right roles through recruitment, screening, interviewing, and marketing
- Diagnose human capital gaps that limit clients' potential
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Offer innovative employment solutions that consistently delight clients and talent
What We Need from You:
- Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business
- Ability to manage Matrix and KPI performance
- Serious ambition to drive meaningful change for candidates and clients
- 3 years of experience in staffing, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction
- Highly accountable team player approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute plans
- Proficiency in multiple systems, including MS Excel, Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives
