Develop Workforce Optimization Strategies : Refine strategies for recruiting, scheduling, and managing talent, ensuring they align with client goals and drive efficiencyConsult on Process Redesign : Continuously improve work processes, collaborating with clients to implement scheduling solutions that enhance business impactMaintain Client Satisfaction : Regularly communicate with key contacts to tailor services, conduct periodic discovery sessions, and design solutions to meet client needsOversee Workforce Deployment : Ensure efficient deployment, meeting agreements with clients and talent while maintaining a 100% on-time fill rateUtilize Workforce Analytics : Analyze data to demonstrate leading indicators for client success, develop strategies for labor safety, risk mitigation, and compliance.Deliver Strategic Business Reviews : Design and present quarterly reviews, utilizing KPI analysis to drive business forward and create ROI strategies with clientsSupport Sales Process : Assess client priorities, design custom solutions, and project manage new implementations for senior management visibilityWhat you need to bring :
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; Masters level work, Six Sigma / Lean certification or process improvement training highly valuedA minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or contact center environments, demonstrating expertise in workforce management and optimizationConsulting experience is advantageousProficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording informationExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levelsStrong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take calculated risks to drive resultsProficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drivesThis job posting is open for 4 weeks.
