Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable kitchenware production company located in St. Louis Park, MN. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join the team on 2nd shift.
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic will oversee day to day operations and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Shift : Monday – Friday 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm
Rate of Pay : $28 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production and non-production equipment including, but not limited to, greasing, lubrication, filtration and power transmission components.
- Diagnose equipment and machine malfunctions, effectively repair and perform adjustments to equipment, controls and processes.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance to equipment and buildings.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, multi-meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Work with Safety and Production Managers to recommend and install necessary safety components and related equipment on machinery as well as buildings.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with department team members, other department managers and supervisors to ensure all production requirements are met to promote the most efficient operations for all departments, and to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Comply with plant safety rules, policies and regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Salary : $28 - $30
