Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable packaging company located in Brooklyn Park, MN. We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Mechanic to join the team on 1st shift.
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Building Facilities Technician is responsible for performing semi-routine maintenance tasks for the Plant Operations facility and for Administrative Offices facility.
Shift : Monday - Friday 7am - 3 : 30pm
Rate of Pay : $35 - $38 / hour

Job Details :
- Painting and Drywall / Plaster repair
- Furniture assembly and repair
- Changing lights and / or Fixtures
- Plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation.
- Carpentry repairs and installation using hand and power tools.
- Minor repair of electrical devices
- Facility safety inspections to include eye wash stations, emergency lighting, etc.
- Maintain snow removal and sidewalk conditions.
Salary : $35 - $38
