What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting assistant position at Randstad?
We are recruiting for an experienced Accounting Assistant in the Winchester area. Responsibilities for the role are as follows :
- Process A / P checks and wire transfers
- Issue Purchase Orders for tooling and other miscellaneous purchases
- Post invoices for services rendered and tooling after technical approval from program manager
- End of Month reports for A / P and bank reconciliations
- Research and adjust price discrepancies in
- Confirm warranty claims received from customer
- Follow up on customer past due invoices
- Reconciles tooling monthly
- Enter journal entries
- Assist in developing guidelines and procedures as needed
- Provides statement of account to customers
- Issues intercompany invoices monthly
- Other functions and duties as requested
Other competencies requirements : Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time, knowledge of accounting terminology, practices, and processes, strong mathematical skills and oral and written communication with clarity and consistency. Please submit resume for interview consideration.
