What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting specialist position at Randstad?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist (Tax) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Gaming Control Board (GCB) regulations, NGC tax filings, and month-end reporting requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards and supporting financial compliance across our operations.
salary : $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of the GCB MICS, Controls, IPE's and Reg's.
- Perform regulatory compliance audit procedures and other assurance and consulting type reviews that management may deem appropriate.
- Ensure that regulatory compliance audit procedures are completed in a timely manner and have supporting documentation.
- Assist properties in standardizing and improving regulatory compliance procedures at existing properties.
- Assist with the setup of the regulatory compliance processes at new properties
